Alligator Alley Country Castle!

Alligator Alley “Country Castle” – Kissimmee
Address: 4710 W. Irlo Bronson Highway
Kissimmee, Fl. 34746

A photo taken a few months ago when they finally threw us a bone.
If you live in or in the vicinity of Lakeland, then you've visited the amazing building that IS Alligator Alley... and quite possibly been forcefully removed... from the vicinity... (ehem). Lakeland is far though! Fortunately for us, they have decided to add a "Part 2" of Alligator Alley right here in our own backyard, Kissimmee.

In all honestly, I have no idea what the big secret is about this place. We have all seen the gigantic green and yellow castle on the side of highway 192, in place of the old Skull Kingdom building. AACountryBar.com has been down for months with no new information either. They put a huge sign on the "Country Castle" a few months ago claiming to be Alligator Alley, telling us they're hiring and continued to be very vague on the actual opening date. What. is. Going. on.
This is the most recent photo of AA, anywhere on the web.

WELLLL They're finally open! Have I been there? Hell no. My crystal ball wasn't working that day to know that they're open and to plan accordingly. Thank God for my redneck neighbors who came stumbling across our property line and into our bonfire Friday night proclaiming breathlessly "AA is open! AA is open!". Anywho, Colt Ford and Sunny Ledford have been informing folks for weeks that they will be performing there on Wednesday, November 17th. I WILL be there this time. Show starts at 9:30PM and tickets are about $15 to $20.

The back of the bar, looks like they have lots of parking room!
This place is hugeee! I have no idea on the actual square footage since they are still trying to be mysterious but I'll just bring my measuring tape on Wednesday. (: I do, however, know for a fact that they have truck pulls, mechanical bull riding and MMA cage matches every 3 months!! Yayyyy! I'm actually about to drive down there shortly and take a REAL picture of this place too.

  1. I went when it was a haunted house, just before they closed it down, which was years ago. It's good to see they building getting used, but i don't understand why they left the castle façade.

I look forward to your review.

  2. haha Yeah, I thought it was ridiculous too! But hey, it's workin' out for them so far. Apparently their grand opening was a huge success. I really wish I would have been there. Review will be tomorrow night... or maybe Thursday morning depending on what condition I'm in. (:
